RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Information

If you would like to return an item it must be new, not used or installed. Electronic parts are not returnable-they do have a replacement warranty if they fail. If a part was tested in your unit (installed), we cannot issue a RMA or a Credit. There is a manufacturer warranty period, please contact us for more info. All return requests must have a RMA or return authorization number, in order to obtain a RMA number, you must contact us via email or by calling 1-888 406 7978. Return authorization must be requested within 10 calendar days of delivery. The item must be received in our WHS within 15 days of the RMA. There will be a 25% restock fee and shipping is non-refundable. All returns must include original packaging and please include all materials that came with your order.

Shipping Damages- If an item is delivered damaged to you, you must notify us within 10 calendar days. After the 10 calendar days no damage claims will be accepted.

All returns , warranties and damages claims must include the model number and serial number off the appliance it was to be used in.

Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be refunded.nor returned toyou.

How do I return an item?

[A] If your Order is 'Processing', you can cancel / change quantities of your order by logging in to your account and edit the order.

[B] If your Order is 'Ready to Ship' or has 'Shipped'. You must Contact Us for RMA Information by E Mail or Calling 1-888-406-7978.

Once you have a RMA Number, Here are the instructions for RMA:

1) It is very important that you DO NOT WRITE or MARK ANYTHING ON THE ORIGINAL BOX OR PACKING ie: “returning for credit”, or “Your Name” etc. This may null and void your RMA.

2) Place a paper note in the box with a) Your Name b) Your Order Number. Package the Part(s) / Component(s) in the original packaging with all accompanying items and tape firmly.

3) You must Create /Obtain a new shipping label for our Warehouse (address provided in E Mail) and place the New Label firmly over the Old Label.

4) Upon receipt of your package, your Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
