"The parts I needed were in stock and shipped out the SAME DAY! Their pricing was excellent, much less than other places that I'd looked. I will definitely be contacting them again should I need parts for an appliance!"

"THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! centralapplianceparts.com had the last 2 oven switches that I needed for my Jenn Air oven. They let me know that, per Jenn Air, the switches were discontinued but they had 2 left in stock. Placed the order and recieved the parts the next day!

I originally placed an order with another company and HAVE BEEN ON BACK ORDER FOR 5 WEEKS!! (nor did they have the courtesy of letting me know the part was discontinued) I am so glad I found these guys at centralapplianceparts.com

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to my friends and family."

"Very very pleased with this company. We needed an old obsolete part that they had found and posted as "last one." Customer Service confirmed that it would fit my stove, the on-line check-out was easy, the part was shipped quickly, packaged carefully and the whole experience was excellent.

"I was reluctant to buy from this store www.centralapplianceparts.com due to the lack of reviews on Google or ratings sites. I went ahead with a order for a bake element, which a very knowledgeable and friendly young sales rep confirmed the model / part cross reference for me. Called a total of 3 times (once before the order and twice follow up) all of which customer service answered and were friendly. (Did i mention they were American? Texas I believe.) To my surprise, They managed to get the bake element to my home the day after I ordered it. I surly thought due to Christmas and the slowness of UPS, I would not receive the part til sometime after Christmas.

Would recommend this store and will defanately 
use these guys again.
