Thank you for your business. centralapplianceparts.com strives to give our customers the lowest price and best service. To help insure the best possible outcome for both parties, we would ask you to please familiarize yourself with general policy of centralapplianceparts.com, as offered below.


Shipping

centralapplianceparts.com guarantees the safe arrival of any product it ships. In the event that the customer is at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the customer should immediately inspect the outer box for any rips, tears, of evidence of damage. The customer should then open up the box and inspect the product for any damages. In the event that the product is damaged, the customer shall refuse delivery of product and immediately contact the Customer Care Department by using our contact  us page.

In the event that the customer is not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the customer shall open up and perform the inspection described above within forty eight (48) hours of receipt. Again, in event of damage, please contact us immediately. centralapplianceparts.com reserves the right to refuse the replacement of any damaged product that was not reported within forty eight (48) hours or in accordance with this policy.

In the event that centralapplianceparts.com takes responsibility for replacing a damaged product, the customer is required to store the damaged product until such point in time where the damaged product has been inspected by the carrier/shipping company and a settlement agreement has been reached between the carrier/shipping company and centralapplianceparts.com. This process usually takes between twenty five (25) and forty five (45) days. Failure, on the part of the customer, to store the damaged product for required amount of time, or to allow its inspection by the appropriate party,Or refuse to return the damaged product will result in the customer being charged for the damaged unit(s).

Cancellations

The customer has five (5) hours to cancel an order that has been processed. In the event that the customer waits more than five (5) hours to cancel an order, such order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  We try to ship all orders ASAP or if other shipping time is noted on the product page of the product you ordered.

Once the order for a product has been processed and the product(s) affiliated with such order have been shipped, all cancelled orders will be subject to a twenty (20%) percent restocking fee. Regardless of the reason for the cancellation, or what form such cancellation takes, i.e. refusal of delivery, a change in the customer’s disposition with relation to the purchase of the product, etc., a twenty (20%) percent restocking fee will be added to the order and the cost of shipping will be non-refundable. If, prior to the purchase of a product, the customer has any questions about the product, the customer can e-mail on our contact us page.

Returns

If for whatever reason the customer would like to return a purchased and delivered product to us, it must be in its original box (new not used, installed or hooked up to electricity or gas) in the original packing, and must include any and all manuals, instructions, blank warranty cards, plus any other items not specifically described here but included with it. Additionally, products that have been installed or hooked up to electricity or gas will not be considered “new.” Electronic Boards and Control Panel may not be returned, please check with us to make sure you are ording the correct one.  All parts have a 90 day exchange warranty.   DO NOT WRITE ON THE ORIGINAL BOX OR PACKING ie: returning for credit, your name etc.

Do NOT WRITE OR MARK on the Box - put notes inside. Writing on the box will void any refund.
E-MAIL USEING OUR CONTACT US PAGE FORM TO GET A RA# NUMBER AND RETURN ADDRESS
PRODUCTS RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE ADDRESS LISTED WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR A REFUND.  IT MUST GO BACK TO THE WHS THAT SENT IT AND MUST HAVE A RA# INSIDE THE BOX-IF NOT NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED


In the event that these guidelines are met, centralapplianceparts.com will process a refund. In such instance the customer will receive back from centralapplianceparts.com the purchase price, minus a twenty (20%) percent restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. centralapplianceparts.com can be contacted for information regarding the shipping address and/or authorization code. All returns must be authorized within 5 days of delivery. centralapplianceparts.com reserves the right to refuse any returns not meeting the above conditions.

Refunds

Processing of refunds takes 5 - 7 days.
